Fall recreational cod fishery to close Sunday

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans is reminding the public that the recreational groundfish fishery for Newfoundland and Labrador will close one hour after sunset on Sunday.

The public is reminded to follow safe boating practices and be aware of local weather and sea conditions before leaving port.
