Time for the government to start paying for the free services they are enjoying not only in the city, but also in other communities. This should be then put towards extra infro-structure costs. Time to pay up!!!!!!

Time for the government to start paying for the free services they are getting, not only in the city, but elsewhere. This money should then be used for extra infro-structure costs within the city and other communities.OR, increase grants in lieu of taxes.
