Water main break on Harbour Drive

Crews worked on repairing a water main break on Harbour Drive in St. John’s all day Friday, Sept. 28, 2012. It is still not known what happened, only that millions of litres of water started spewing from the area in the morning.

    Well the City can't blame that on old pipes- that was all redone in the last 5 years
