Geeze , how many charges you gotta have before they don`t release you? By the time he gets to answer these charges chances are he`ll have another bunch of fines to add to these. Should be kept behind bars til court

Can someone please tell me why the judge released this man? He already has over $8,00.00 in outstanding fines which he obviously has no intention of paying nor does he have any respect for the judicial system. When he does appear in court to face these new charges, what do you think will happen? He will get MORE fines that he won't pay! That's a real good punishment isn't it? If they had keep him in custody till trial at least he would have done some jail time, not be out driving again as you can bet he will be! I am so sick and tired of seeing articles like this where the criminal already owes thousands and thousands of dollars in fines. If fines aren't paid in the allotted time it should be straight to jail for them. I'm sure when they were sentenced it was X # of dollars or X # of days in jail, was it not? Let's get these low life off the street before someone gets hurt or even killed when one of these idiots are fleeing from police!

I fully agree with Concerned. It seems that all you ever hear about are people being arrested and additional charges always include breaches. This obviously wouldn't happen if these people were kept in till their court dates. And get rid of that time and a half served. If you do the crime you should serve the time until your court date. And even then you have not served a single day until your sentencing STARTS. Obviously some exceptions should be allowed. Petty and small crimes. But in terms of anything to do with violence, drugs, or anything that could be considered a risk to people should be kept in jail. That's just my opinion. Which doesn't seem to matter because I'm an average person who has no say. Funny how the ones whose opinions should count are left out in the cold and forced to raise their children worrying every second about what could happen if your in the wrong place at the wrong time.
