The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Major Crime Unit has an arrest warrant for Robert King, born July 7, 1988, in relation to an assault on a 21-year-old man and is seeking the public's assistance to locate him.
On Sept. 14, between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m., police say the victim was in the area of Peachy Town Road and Peachy Town Access Road in Conception Bay South when the assault took place.
According to the RNC, two men attacked him and then fled on foot. The victim received serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
On Oct. 11, members from the RNC Major Crime Unit arrested and charged a 16-year-old C.B.S. male with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and breaches of court orders. He was held in custody until a court appearance.
Investigators with the Major Crime Unit say they would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
