Seems like another unnecessary accident and injuries. What would be the need of someone driving an ATV at 12:15 a.m.?

Time and time again we hear of ATV and dirt bike accidents, resulting in injuries and even death. I know most operators follow the rules and use common sense, but there are others that just do not realize, or accept, the fact that these are just as dangerous as driving a vehicle carelessly. The age limit to even be on one of these recreational devices should be sixteen, let alone drive one. Might just save a few lives or serious injuries.
