Three charged with theft from vehicles

The RNC has charged three individuals aged 20, 17 and 15 following complaints of thefts from vehicles in the Conception Bay South area.

The three face charges of possession of property obtained by crime and theft.

The investigation into complaints of multiple thefts from motor vehicles in the area is continuing.

At about 2 a.m. Sunday, the RNC received a complaint from the area of Tilley’s Road South, reporting that there were two or three youths in the area going through vehicles.

Following an investigation, the charges were laid.

The RNC is asking that anyone with information regarding these thefts or any similar incidents in the area to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can provide information anonymously on the NL Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com.
