Man accused of using family member’s identity while driving

A 36-year-old Paradise man was arrested Wednesday after another male family member alerted the RNC that the accused was using his identity while driving illegally.

The RNC arrested the accused about 11:28 a.m. Wednesday.

The accused faces charges of public mischief, driving while disqualified, breach of court orders and other Highway Traffic Act offences.

He was held in custody for a court appearance.
