The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has advised the public that 15-year-old Ryan Hickey has been safely located. The RNC said it received assistance from the RCMP to locate Hickey.
According to an earlier news release, Hickey was first reported missing on Tuesday.

The RNC is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person Ryan Hickey, 15.
On Tuesday, the RNC received a missing person report concerning Ryan.
Through the course of the investigation it has been determined that Ryan was last seen on Tuesday at approximately 5:30 p.m. His exact whereabouts are unknown.
Ryan is described as having a slender build, 5’1”, 110 lbs with sandy, blonde hair and green eyes. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a green hoodie and grey Adidas sneakers.
The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search and is seeking the assistance of the general public. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Ryan Hickey is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can provide information anonymously on the NL Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com.
