    NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!!!. If they can find the money to buy cigarettes, they can find the money for this. Why should I and other taxpayers pay for it?

    Low Income at $10.00 a pack and a pack a day ? The program does however make sense when it suggest raising taxes on the product and using that money to help those that want to smoke. Maybe to $15.00 to $20.00 a pack.
