The RNC is seeking the public’s assistance for information in relation to a commercial break and enter that occurred at the Wabush Legion on Bond Street in Wabush Saturday.

About 5:30 a.m. that day, officers from the RNC responded to a call of an alarm at the building. A suspect attempted to gain entry in through the rear of the building, and as a result, triggered the alarm.

There was nothing reported stolen in this incident but there was some minor damage to the back of the building.

The RNC is continuing to investigate this offence and is seeking the assistance of the general public. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the RNC at 944-7602 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
