Man plowing school lot arrested for driving while prohibited

Police held a man who was plowing the lot at Beaconsfield Junior High overnight for driving while prohibited.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary charged him with that offense as well as breach of recognizance and public mischief.

He was also found to be violating the Highway Traffic Act.

He had no insurance or registration and he had failed to transfer ownership of his vehicle.

His vehicle was impounded.

The man was held for a bail hearing.
