A 21-year-old man suspected of holding up a convenience store in Paradise earlier this month is in jail.
Justin Wiseman appeared in provincial court in St. John’s late this afternoon, hours after being arrested.
He’s charged with armed robbery, being disguised with intent to commit a crime, breach of undertaking and breach of probation.
Wiseman will stay behind bars until his next court date on Monday, at which time he’s expected to have a bail hearing.
A 15-year-old girl was also charged in connection with the robbery, but was released to appear in court at a later date.
The robbery was said to have happened Nov. 7 at Marie’s Mini Mart in Paradise.
