RNC seek witnesses to vehicle-pedestrian hit and run

The RNC is seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a hit and run motor vehicle-pedestrian collision that occurred at the intersection of Batten’s Road and the Conception Bay South (C.B.S.) Highway in Foxtrap about 7:10 a.m. today.

A pedestrian was crossing the intersection when he was struck by a black Chevrolet truck with tinted side windows. The operator of the vehicle, described as a male, did not stop.

The pedestrian sustained injuries which are believed to be non-life threatening in nature.
