The RNC is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person

Jessica Carter, 15.

On Thursday, Nov. 29, the RNC received a missing person report concerning Jessica.

Through the course of the investigation, it has been determined that Jessica was last seen on Nov. 29 about 9 a.m. in the area of Paton Street in St. John’s.

Jessica is described as 5’8”, 130 lbs with long, brown hair with blonde highlights. There is no description of what she was wearing when last seen.

The RNC is concerned about Jessica’s safety and is asking for the public’s assistance. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Jessica Carter s asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Thankfully she was found. More than likely there's a reasonable explanation, such as a fight with her family or some other reason. Hopefully she doesn't have an addiction to drugs. Such a beautiful young girl, problem is she could pass for 18! There are lots of sicko's in the world, including Newfoundland & Labrador and this could have ended quite differently!
