Breaks my heart to see that...umm..person (for lack of a better word) kick that dog. I would imagine the police are looking for the owner of the dog b/c the ones who kicked it (and attempted to gang up on the owner) are probably the same ones who did the stabbing. They all flee a few moments later.

These type of guys, easily identifiable by big gold chains and basketball jerseys, have no insight into how big of losers they actully are. They think they're superior over everybody else when actually in reality they are scum of the earth. So sad our city is being over ran with these people. George Street will never be the same. In a way, I pity them but on the otherhand, I'd like to see them all locked up and the key thrown away for what they do to innocent people...and animals.

Perhaps the police should also charged the idiot who kicks the dog as well.

I second that. The idiot kicking the dog should also be charged...
