Man, youth charged with breaking into impound yard

A 27-year-old man was arrested early this morning and charged with breaking into a private impound yard a St. John’s are west-end industrial park.

A male youth was also arrested and charged in the incident.

At 3:34 a.m., RNC patrol officers and the K9 unit responded to a report of persons breaking into the facility.

Both accused were arrested at the scene.
