Since Hibernia came on stream, the "premier of Newfoundand" and "Santa" are interchangeable terms. The only difference is the decreased workload ---- no one in the Newfoundland governemnt has checked anything once, let alone twice.

She softening up those gullible children for the role they will play in Muskrat Falls when hey hit the job market...like huge taxes & reduced government services. Wouldn't put it past her.
