Kids at Roncalli Elementary school in St. John’s had two special visitors Thursday morning: Santa Claus and Premier Kathy Dunderdale.

After Santa danced Gangnam style with the students, the kids listened as the premier read from the classic Christmas tale “The Night Before Christmas.” The children laughed as Santa mimed the story as it was being told.

Following the story, Santa answered some questions, such as, “Why do you wear red?” (The answer: Because it’s Mrs. Claus’ favourite colour.)

Since Hibernia came on stream, the "premier of Newfoundand" and "Santa" are interchangeable terms. The only difference is the decreased workload ---- no one in the Newfoundland governemnt has checked anything once, let alone twice.

She softening up those gullible children for the role they will play in Muskrat Falls when hey hit the job market...like huge taxes & reduced government services. Wouldn't put it past her.

It is nice of her to address the people who are going to inherit the massive debt load this government is giving them for Christmas.
