The longest debate in the House of Assembly’s history concluded overnight Friday, according to an NDP news release.
Focused on the viability of the Muskrat Falls hydroelectric development, the debate reported finished shortly after 3:30 a.m. It started on Tuesday.
Earlier this week, the provincial government announced it was sanctioning the Muskrat Falls project.
