Why do I have to drive on the same roads everyday with irresponsible morons whose vehicles are not registered , who don't have insurance, don't have a licence, and usually owe thousands in outstanding fines ?. This is 2012, for God's sake. Are the systems at Motor Registration and Traffic Court that antiquated that they can't get a handle on this problem ?. How long more are we expected to put up with this crap ?.

The police must be so frustrated dealing with such people who seem to have unlimited rights. You have heard the expression "--------- ------- -- and throw away the key.
