Man charged with assault with a weapon

A 47-year-old Bay Roberts man was charged with assault with a weapon, assault and uttering threats after the RCMP responded to a domestic dispute in the town just before midnight Wednesday.

The man was held in custody for a court appearance today.

There were no injuries in the incident.
