RNC concludes investigation into C.B.S. house fire

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has concluded its investigation, but has not been able to determine the cause of a house fire on Dec. 31 on Chamberlains Road in Conception Bay South.

The RNC said in a news release today, the actual cause is undetermined but there is no information to indicate that the fire was suspicious in nature.

RNC officers and firefighters from the C.B.S. Fire Department responded to the fire around 4:38 a.m. on Dec. 31.

There were no injuries reported and all residents and family pets were safely evacuated from the residence. The home received considerable damage as a result of the blaze.
