A woman and two men escaped a house fire in Nain without injury Wednesday night, RCMP say.

The RCMP was called to the scene at Middlepath Road about 11 p.m. along with the Nain Volunteer Fire Department.

The interior of the home suffered extensive damage.

The fire is not believed to be suspicious in nature but police are still investigating the cause.
