Congratulations fellow HSW's! You are now going to enjoy the further shrinking of your paycheque! NAPE is collecting dues from a couple of thousand of us & here's what you'll get, low wages, no basic medical insurance, mostly unreliable part-time work, very high transportation costs, yes you'll still conduct the boss' business with your car & gas dime, there is no health & safety to speak of, you'll sometimes have to buy your own rubber gloves or "softer chemicals" to clean for your client. The contract we have isn't illegal but it should be. Again congrats, you will now be royally taken advantage of by your own union as well as your employer.
