The case of St. John's lawyer Brian Wentzell — charged with impaired driving — was called in provincial court in St. John’s today.

Wentzell, 46, was charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol limit over 80 mg on Nov. 30 after RNC offcers went to Wentzell’s home.

Wentzell was not in court today but represented by lawyer John Brooks.

Brooks entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Wentzell and the case was set over until Tuesday.
