The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary’s (RNC) Accident Investigation Unit is seeking the assistance of the public in relation to a vehicle collision in the area of Robert Howlett Drive and Main Road in the Goulds area of St. John’s Friday.
Around 2 p.m. officers from the patrol services, accident investigation and forensic identification divisions responded to a collision in which a Honda CRV was traveling South on the Robert Howlett Memorial Drive and a GMC pick up was traveling north when the two vehicles collided.
All occupants were transported to hospital with injuries believed to be serious but non-life-threatening.
RNC accident investigators are continuing their investigation into the collision and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or were in the immediate area to contact police.
