The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says it has successfully located Destiny Hart and have ensured her safety and well-being.

The RNC said in a news release it would like to thank the public and media for their assistance in this matter.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating a missing 14-year-old female in the St. John’s area.

Destiny Hart was reported missing Tuesday, according to the RNC. Through the course of the investigation, police said it has been determined that she was last seen Tuesday, but her current whereabouts are unknown.

She’s described as being approximately 5 feet, seven inches tall, 140 lbs with blue eyes, dark hair and glasses.

The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search and is seeking the assistance of the general public. Anyone who has any information is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). People can also provide information anonymously on the NL Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com.

    This is not the first time she has been missing!! Seems something is not right and she is not getting the help she needs!! Hope she returns safe!!!

    OMG! This is the third time this child has been reported missing within months of each other. The last two times she was posting on facebook while people were looking for her! She is obviously looking for attention and getting it!
