Man arrested in connection with September break-in

A 25-year-old Marystown man was arrested Friday in connection to a break and enter into the Ultramar station in St. Bernards.

The break-in was reported to Marystown RCMP on Sept, 28 and involved someone cutting a hole in the side of the building to gain access. Once inside there was an unsuccessful attempt to break into an ATM and the culprit left the business with a large quantity of cigarettes and beer.

The accused has been released with a court date of Feb. 27 on a charge of break and enter.

Investigations into recent residential and business break and entries is continuing.
