Corner Brook RNC investigate assault, fraud complaints

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary in Corner Brook is investigating a complaint of an assault in connection with a domestic disturbance in the town around 7 p.m. Monday.

According to police, a woman received minor injuries.

The RNC is also investigating a complaint of fraud relating to an employee/employer relationship between Sept. 13 and Nov. 5, 2012.

Police say an investigation is continuing into this matter.
