Driver not injured when transport truck overturns on highway

RCMP in Glovertown advised just after 9 p.m. Wednesday that an overturned transport truck had blocked the road near Tide Water Hill, just eat of Charlottetown, in Terra Nova National Park.

The driver of the truck was not injured.

The road was opened to one-lane traffic a couple hours later, and both lanes opened about 1 a.m.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
