Why are people that are charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs not identified? Pure curiosity makes me wonder what influence they were under but fear makes me want to know who they are and where they live as well as where they were driving. I have a right as a mother/grandmother/aunt and great aunt to know where it is unsafe for my family to play or drive. We all watch our children when they are outside but lets face it, if you are not in control of your vehicle then children are not safe on their front lawns or even in a playground.
