RNC investigating vehicle theft in Corner Brook

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) in Corner Brook is investigating a reported vehicle theft.

On Thursday around 9:15 p.m., RNC patrol services received a complaint from a Corner Brook resident that his vehicle had been stolen from the area of Park Street. The owner advised police he had parked his vehicle on the parking lot of Park

Street United Church around 8 p.m. When he returned to the parking lot an hour later, the vehicle was gone.

The vehicle is a grey 2008 Toyota Yaris , four-door model. The Newfoundland and Labrador licence plate number is H0M-458.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the RNC at 637-4100 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). People can also provide information anonymously on the N.L. Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com.
