Auditor general to release 2012 report Wednesday

The auditor general of Newfoundland and Labrador, Terry Paddon, announced today he plans to present his 2012 Report on Reviews of Departments and Crown Agencies to the Speaker of the House of Assembly Wednesday.

Paddon indicated he will also present his Report on the Consolidated Summary Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2012.

The Report on Reviews of Departments and Crown Agencies will contain recommendations related to 13 reviews of departments and crown agencies conducted by the office of the auditor general during 2012.

The Report on the Consolidated Summary Financial Statements will provide commentary on the financial statements and the financial condition of the province.
