why is his name not released to the public especially since he has entered the court process. The Telegram is upholding the scum-bad who makes his money this way and ruins the lives of young people

Drug dealers shouldn't be responsible for ruining the lives of young people, drug will always be available to buy, young people and young people's parents should be held responsible for ruining their own lives and keep their judgments on their own ability to hinder the populations of "Scum-bads".
