The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary advises it has successfully located Rahma Mohammed and ensured her safety and wellbeing.

The RNC is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person Rahma Mohammed, 16.

On Tuesday, the RNC received a missing person report concerning Rahma. She was last seen about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

She is described as being approximately 5’3”, 100 lbs with shoulder-length black hair. Rahma was last seen wearing a black pea coat, jeans and brown boots.

The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search and is seeking the assistance of the general public. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Rahma to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can provide information anonymously on the NL Crime Stoppers website at www.nlcrimestoppers.com.
