RNC and SPCA seize two beagles

The RNC responded with the SPCA to a report of animal cruelty on Thorburn Rd last night. Two dogs of the beagle breed appeared to be malnourished and were supplied was inadequate food, water and shelter. The dogs were seized from the property and taken to the St. Johns Veterinary hospital where they are being treated. The investigation is ongoing. The SPCA said they are not commenting on the case at this time.

another case of animal neglect its horrible its like people forget beagles are still pets if even if there used for hunting
