The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says Courtney Teletchea has been located and police have ensured her safety and well-being.

The RNC said in a news release today it would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.

The 15-year-old was reported missing last week.

Police in St. John’s are looking for a missing 15-year-old girl who was last spotted in the Canada Drive area on Monday.

In a news release issued late Monday evening, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said Courtney Teletchea was first reported missing to police that afternoon.

The girl is described as 4’11” and 100 pounds with black hair, blue eyes, a pierced left eyebrow and a pierced lip. She was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket and dark skinny jeans.
