NunatuKavut meeting set for Friday

A NunatuKavut community council (NCC) meeting will be held Friday to welcome and support NCC youth from all over Labrador.

The participants will also be gathering near Happy Valley-Goose Bay in protest of the Muskrat Falls project and in defense of their Aboriginal rights.

The meeting will be held at 8 p.m. at the Labrador Friendship Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

NCC is encouraging its members to come out to discuss the youth-lead action and get updates on NCC.
