This is truly a tragedy. I remember staying here many years ago when I was covering a Music Festival for CBC. I thought then "What a nice little Hotel." It had all the comforts of home and more. The rooms were decorated with homemade bedspreads depicting the Labrador Flag. It made you smile and think how unique it was and how proud you felt to wrap yourself in your flag each night. The hospitality and service was number one! It will sureely be missed. I hope they will rebuild.
