I am glad to read about it. George Street always had a lot of thuggery, and it is about time that this rapidly changing city gets on with the business of making its entertainment district a mature and safe one.

Oh boy; now there's a deterrent to vicious crime! A conditional sentence AND probation! Do hard time at home; I wonder if other conditions of his sentence include: to eat the crust of his toast; drink water from a mug; or be in bed by midnight and up at 8 am? I'll bet Judge Goulding's sentencing is running chills down the spines of other louts and thugs roaming the downtown.

Thats terribly harsh punishment...to be made to sit home on the couch, for only violently assaulting somebody.

It's about time they started charging people for crimes they have on camera! Our justice system is lagging terribly however. The cameras were set up April 2011, its 2013! They are only charging people now, and "probation" for "assault causing bodily harm"?! Nicely done Judge Goulding, certainly encouraged Collins not to cause anyone else "several injuries"!
