Charges laid for break and enter, possession of stolen property

A 30-year-old man was charged with break and enter and breach of court order, and a 26-year-old woman was charged with possession of property obtained by crime when RNC went to a home in the Smallwood Drive area of Mount Pearl about 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

The man was held for court today, while the woman was released to appear in court at a later date.

Members from the RNC Criminal Investigation Division and Forensic Identification Section were also on scene and the matter is still under investigation.
