The RNC says it has received information from individuals who believe they may have seen missing person Joshua Miller and is asking the public to come forward with any information in relation to the case.
Miller, 20, was reported missing Sunday, Feb. 10. He was last seen that morning in the Stavanger Drive and Blue Puttee Drive area of St. John’s. The RNC criminal investigation division, mounted unit, K-9 unit and Rovers Ground Search and Rescue, along with a helicopter, carried out an extensive search of the area for Miller. Residents of the area were asked to check their properties for any sign of Miller.
The RNC's investigation later determined that Miller may have been spotted that same morning in the area of Baird Place. Further information provided to police suggested he may also have been seen near the Avalon Mall at approximately 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. that same day.
The RNC is looking for any details on these reported sightings or any other information people may have in relation to the case.
Miller is described as being 6’1” and 185 pounds. He has short sandy-coloured hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing jeans and a black t-shirt.
