Boy in critical condition following snowmobile accident

A 13-year-old boy is in critical condition following a snowmobile accident in the community of Fox Roost on the Southwest Coast. The boy was transported to hospital following the incident which is under investigation by the Port aux Basques RCMP.

No other details are available about the accident.

The RCMP is asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact it at 709-695-2149.
