No injuries in school bus accident

Royal Newfoundland Constabulary accident investigators examine the scene of a school bus accident this morning.

There were no injuries in an accident involving a school bus and a car at the intersection of Frecker Drive and Brownsdale Street this morning. The car collided with the bus at approximately eight o'clock this morning. Roads were reported to be ice covered at the time.

The students were transferred to another bus and continued on to school. This is the second accident involving a school bus in the metro area in less than two weeks.

Accident investigators with the RNC are still on the scene.
