RCMP make arrest in shots-fired incident in Rigolet

Rigolet RCMP have arrested a 21-year-old man in relation to a shots-fired complaint the RCMP received in the early morning of Wednesday.

The suspect was arrested this morning and was taken into custody without incident.

The man has been remanded in custody and will appear in Happy Valley/Goose Bay provincial court on Friday.

He is charged with one count of careless use of a firearm, one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and four counts of breaching court orders.
