What provincial government offices have been offered this retirement incentive? Newfoundland Housing, , Newfoundland Liquor Corporation, Newfoundland Hydro, etc.WHO? What provincial government offices are exempt? We know the RNC are but WHO else. If some divisions/companies are exempt...what are they exempt from: hiring freezes, job-cuts, etc.? And WHY are they exempt? Be straight forward in the exchange of information.

Unbelievable how casual the government is regarding laying off public servants and stressing everyone out . This could have been handled a different way and the incompetence of this government is sickening . Next election the Abc campaign will be on them!!!!!

The Dunderdale government is finished. Bill 29 and the dismissal of the PUB's inestigation into Muskrat Falls, followed by an uncomfortably close relationship with Nalcor and a budget aimed at cutting in all the wrong places. The Liberals and NDP could run orangutans and still win the next election.

Ms Dunderdale for your informatioin: Population of Alberta 3.6 million, Population of Newfoundland 516,000 thousands, there should be no comparsion, thank you.

Jerome Kennedy talks of a visionary plan. No doubt if everything goes perfectly, we'll be back in the black by the time the next century comes around. Conservative politicians are like low fat bacon. There's no such thing. No other government in NL's history has enjoyed the cushy revenues this one has, and yet they still manage to run a deficit. They should have been kicked out at least 2 terms ago.

Long term visionary plan,,you're joking me right? Is this Jerome's way of saying the people of this province will be living hand to mouth for years to come? There's a few thousand high paying jobs right now in the mining & oil sectors, there'll soon be huge layoff's in the construction industry once everything is built, so where does that leave the rest of us, the majority? Most of our last generation had to leave for greener pastures elsewhere & I guess the one coming up now will have to do the same thing. Over 100 thousand people were forced to leave the province during the 1990's & this present government are hells bent on forcing a repeat.
- Vote ABC

In this Great Newfoundland Monarchy we live in with Queen Dunderdale they expect the peasents to remain silent as they do their business. Maybe in two years we can vote for a democracy form of government where the people have a right to information and can influence decisions. We need to follow Danny's good advice from a few years ago and vote ABC.
