Slippery road conditions around St. John's

Snow flurries in the St. John's region today is causing some slippery conditions on city streets.

Environment Canada is forecasting about two to four centimetres of snow in the region today, with blowing snow over exposed areas this afternoon.

Tonight, flurries are expected to continue with a further two to four centimetres falling.

The high temperature today is forecast to be about minus 2 Celsius, falling to minus 5 Celsius this afternoon.

The low tonight is forecast to be about minus 9 Cellsius.
