Man charged with failing to comply with court orders

A 27 year old Nain man is being held to appear in court tomorrow on four charges of failure to comply with an undertaking given to a justice, and one charge of failure to comply with a probation order.

The Nain RCMP were called to a complaint of a man banging on the door of a residence in the community just before 1 AM on March 21st 2013.

The accused was located near the residence and clearly in violation of numerous conditions of the justice undertaking he was released on as of March 19th 2013.

The man is known to police, and has numerous outstanding charges.

His name is not being released at this time.
