Welcome, Mr. Ellsworth to the election in September. It is high time that some Politicians bowed out gracefully, and will gain more respect by doing so. I go back to the last election of Mr. Smallwood's days. He was determined to run, however, he got DEFEATED. What is it with some Politicians? They can't seem to take NO for an answer. Isn't it better, as I said above, to bow out with grace, then to feel sad if defeated. There comes a time in the life of any Politician, when enough is enough. It seems like some of them, whether, Municipal, Provincial, or Federal want to keep on going until they are, actually defeated. They feel as if the City/Province can't do without them. Every Politician is replaceable. They gain a lot more of respect if the sat back and enjoy the rest of their life, outside of Politics. They served their time, and, I say now, move on, with grace. Again, congratulations, Ron on running again, and hopefully you will be successful.
